We are willing to provide you returns and exchanges without shipping costs within 7 days on all sets that have not been installed, worn, or tampered with in any situation. One thing you should remember is that all our products are made of 100% natural human hair. Besides, each bundle comes from individual people, thus, we cannot guarantee hair color or texture. We will, however, try our best to find out the best matches to meet your requirements. The good news is that you can check out your order and determine if the color is a good match through photos, videos, and video calls.

Q: How long does the return policy last?

A: We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt.

Q: Under which conditions exchanges and returns are accepted?

Exchanges and returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Hair must NOT have been installed, colored, cut, or altered in any situation;
  • Hair MUST be in its original bundle and NOT be untied at the top;
  • Hair MUST be kept in its original packaging;
  • Returned packages MUST include a copy of the original invoice.
  • Refunds or exchanges are applied for wrong sent or manufacturing errors only.

Q: Under which conditions exchanges and returns are not accepted?

Exchanges and returns are not accepted under the following conditions:

  • Use/ Damaged/ Wash/ Cut hair.
  • Change the product pattern
  • Exchanges and returns are not applied for closures and frontals, wigs, tape-ins, micro ring hair extensions, nano-rings, and ponytails.

Q: How about the return & exchange process?

  1. Contact our staff through WhatsApp to issue a refund or exchange.
  2. Send pictures or videos of the hair, and the proof wrong sent or manufacturing errors.
  3. When the goods are confirmed refundable, customers can start sending them back to the information provided by 2V Hair Factory for direct check.
  4. After receiving the returns, we’ll check for defects and determine who is responsible for the faults.
    (We’ll stop processing the refund if the goods are not the same as in the pictures or videos that we received earlier)
  5. After the items match the conditions and requirements for return and exchange, the company will issue an exchange or refund by Vietnamese Bank account.

Q: Who is responsible for the shipping fee arising?

The customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
